Ok, so no one's going to the Cook Islands. After Kathy's picture yesterday i just had to fire up the Rectory kitchen and have a seafood feast: Rectory Sevillan seafood (prawns, scallops and calamari); Sydney rocks; Rectory Fried Fish and mussels in their own liquor. I'm too full...

My turn to be jealous.
However, Rory did cook a superb frittata this evening, accompanied with a delicious salad.
Seafood.. though.. Just can't beat it, eh?

Mike, you should have your own tv cooking show. Father Park's Kitchen or The Rectory Kitchen or something.
Foul language is obligatory these days, so you'd have to do the show while the postulants are away at school or somewhere.
Your signature gimmick could be something like skulling a black, smile and say, "Ahhh, fucking needed that! Now I can fucking cook."
