They were really big in Canada. Really, really big. So big they received death threats from some friendly Canadians, presumably though not fans in the strictest sense.

Yet they survived to sell Toyotas, exhorting us to "Take the Long Way Home" in our brand-spanking bleeding Land Cruiser (or, what was it?).

They must have known their music career was well and truly over and out by then. Sadly, an assassination might have breathed fresh life into their sales, not withstanding the lead singer's voice sounded like chopped liver.
