Is it safe?

Pictured is an item of playground equipment many of my g-g-generation would have lerved way back in the wayward, backward Sixties.
It seems to me that the geometric design would tend to preclude the danger of any kind of serious fall. On the other hand, the copious webbing might result in accidental strangulation if one weren’t careful.
Thus illustrating a general principle: Nothing fun is entirely safe.
The contraption pictured is in a playground at the new RACV resort at Inverloch, which as I noted previously has a snake problem — perhaps explaining why the wee laddie here is clinging, koala-like, to the highest tier.
