Is that a euphemism for "I'm a little pissed?" ;)

Thanks for this, Compadre, hope all is well. Please convey our compliments to the Lady Rector, who's looking very stylish there.

Is this the same Eagle & Child in Oxford that was frequented by C.S. Lewis and Tolkien?

The beer garden shot would seem to suggest a beer river... but perhaps my eyes are bigger than my belly.

No, in Stavely, Cumbria. Surely the wettest place in England. The Roman wall fort ruins up the road some are quite something. Any wonder Auden wrote that evocative poem...

I'm working on being pissed Kath. The distraction is, unfortunately cussed by other factors. Good thing I got to go to these places though.

She ain't half bad eh Jacob?! Nice "second honeymoon".

And a beer river it was. Only problem is that one had to cross the road for the next pint.
