I can read Jacob....even after luch on Friday..er..Venerdi.
What is on top of the ice cream?? You'll need to forgive my ignorance as I do not eat sweets at all - I'm one of those who has a dozen oysters for desert.
Sorry... that would be lashings of honey, crowned with, er, either rat turds or pecans. I think it's the honey makes the dish tolerable to eat.
Speaking of sweets, last week at friends' we were given a vanilla icecream slice between two yummy wafers. What were those things called again? Um, not eskimo pies, something else...
And yeah, I can take or leave sweet desserts too. Prefer something savoury... or tart, at most.
Oh, you are naughty Bertie!(tee hee) As for you dear Jarcob, you may keep your Goat Cheese Icecream with it's turd toppings.(or should that be droppings? Yuck!!!!!

Now, just what is that in the photo??
Hang on, let me just refer to the caption... ah, yes...
"Goat Cheese Icecream"
Interesting idea, but apparently it took the chefs several goes to produce a dish that didn't taste "terrible".
