Site (or sitemeter) difficulties?
I’ve temporarily removed sitemeter from this blog because it seems to cause the following typically unhelpful Internet Explorer (v 7) error message:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.whatever.bla/
Operation aborted.
UPDATE: Yep, it’s not just me...
UPDATE SUNDAY MORNING: Back to normal, looks like the sitemeter problem has been solved.

Yes Jarcob old friend, had trouble accessing your site, and a few others. So on caz's advice downloaded Firefox. No problems now.
Yes, Kath, I'm running Firefox under my Linux(Ubuntu) installation, and no worries here.
Opening sitemeter.com in IE7 causes the same error message, so it's definitely sitemeter that's the problem.
I'm looking forward to a bout of recriminations between sitemeter.com and blogger/google.
Or perhaps a blogger users' class-action suit against one or the other. Or perhaps both.
